The 3rd annual parade brought to you by Friday Fun Life begins at 11am, Saturday, April 28 at the Speckled Bird and ends with a party at Victory Park at the end of Mills and Montgomery. Bikes, wagons, costumes, instruments and smiles of all ages welcome!
